The second chapter of "The Great God Pan" by Arthur Machen.Apologies for the lateness as soon as episode 2. There were technical difficulties with our audio equipment, but it does seem to at least still be Wednesday in Hawaii and similar timezones!

The third chapter of "The Great God Pan" by Arthur Machen. What a mess this week has been! Between our dog being incapable of quiet, having a horse throat, and some other personal problems this one was delayed just over a whole week! So sorry! This one has been particularly difficult, but we're also particularly proud of it, so we hope you really enjoy it!

This show is produced, recorded, and performed by Soror Diluvia, a plural system comprising several persons sharing the same body, who have shared interests in magical strangeness, old-time radio (that tin-can sound!), and reading stories in funny voices (from being a mom and reading to their kids).

Stories are primarily uncopyrighted, meaning works mostly from before 1927. The hosts will try to avoid overtly racist of insensitive materials, and also provide warnings of potentially difficult content, tho this may not be thorough. The creators are flawed and make many mistakes.

Stories will be uploaded weekly or biweekly, depending on the story and the length of the chapters/recordings. This may change in the future, and announcements of special projects of release schedules will be posted on various socials.

Initially we'll focus on a single story at a time, beginning with The Great God Pan, by Arthur Machen. However we'll likely soon have concurrent short-forms (short stories, novellas, etc) & long-forms (epics, novels, plays, etc).

The subject matter will encompass themes touching on fantasy, horror, myths, and magic, or more broadly "The Wyrd".

The production house, "WYRD Pseudo-Radio" may eventually have other projects, time allowing, but aside from cross-promotions with other podcasts or new projects, we will begin with the hope that there there will never be attached advertising.

There will likely be some solicitation for listener-support in the near future, but we plan on keeping 95% of the content free for all, and also mostly re-useable. All of our work will be published under the following license:

Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0)

https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/

This license was picked to avoid our work being scooped-up and sold by larger production houses whole-cloth. Commercial use will often be allowed to many creatives; please just ask!
